TEEN BOSS offers flat rate shipping prices:

Standard shipping delivers within 5-7 days: $6.99

Expedited shipping delivers within 2-5 days: $15.99

Free shipping on all orders over $120.00

If shipment is marked as delivered but was not received, please contact us within 7 days for us to open an inquiry with the delivery carrier.

*Email reply within 24 hrs.

Return: We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, TEEN BOSS gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, for a full refund* within 14 days of placing your order.

-Go to your account and select the order and what items you would like to return. You can also click the following link to be guided to that page. https://shopify.com/my account 

-We will then send you a return label via email. As soon as we receive the items we will reimburse you, excluding the return label shipping cost of $6.99 and a 5% restocking fee. Please allow 7 days from when we receive your item to you will get the refund.

-All sale items are final sale
